Minimum 3 years’ experience with 1+ year in private equity at a top firm OR experience in distressed private equity/credit at a top firm.Prepare presentation materials, including company overviews and diligence findings.Create concise investment memos that rigorously analyze each investment opportunity.Evaluate new investment opportunities and actively participate in deal structuring and legal negotiation.Create detailed financial models and run analyses using industry knowledge, company research, and Pitchbook.They will also be involved in the broader investment process, portfolio management, and fund-level strategy and operations. UDP is used for situations where some data loss is acceptable, like live video/audio, or where speed is a critical factor like online gaming. UDP is less reliable than TCP, but is much simpler. The Principal will primarily focus on building a data-driven sourcing pipeline for new opportunities, analyzing potential investment opportunities, and creating deliverables like financial models and investment memos. UDP, or User Datagram Protocol, is another one of the major protocols that make up the internet protocol suite. We are looking to add a Principal with 3+ years of experience including experience at a top private equity firm or on a distressed equity/credit team at a top firm. The team has invested in over 50 leading security companies including: Transmit Security, BigID, Cylance, Optiv, Carbon Black, and more.
